Custom Orders
Purchasing through my store is simple. After putting your item into the cart, or clicking the Buy it Now
button, you will be taken to the Hyenacart checkout page. You can make payments via Paypal or follow the link
that will take you to the Credit/Debit Card page. Please understand that by clicking the BIN button, you agree to
purchase this item. Hyenacart is somewhat different from other online shopping carts because it does not
allow items to be taken back out of the cart (ie control inventory).
Payments for instock items is expected within 1 hour, after that time I reserve the right to
restock the item, unless you have contacted me in the meantime to make other arrangements. An account with
Hyenacart is necessary to make purchases, but this is only
for your shipping address, no financial information is disclosed or necessary.
Three incomplete transactions in any calender year may result in your being 'blacklisted' from purchasing
from my store for a period of one year.
I reserve the right to refuse business to anyone with a past history of incomplete transactions, as well as
based on feedback from other store owners.

All diapers are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase. This guarantee is for the original owner and
is not transferable.
This guarantee includes manufacturing defects only (snaps, elastic, stitching). I purchase the highest quality of fabric
for my products, but cannot guarantee items that were used in a manner other then indicated.
Please contact me with a brief
description of the issue and I will work with you to fix it. In cases where a return for repairs is necessary,
please return the item to me with insurance, and I will refund your postage/insurance amount once it is here.
In the unlikely event that the problem can not be repaired, I will replace your item with a same/similar item
(in case I do not have the same fabric on hand) or issue a store credit/refund on a case by case basis.
If you need to return an instock item because of sizing issues (for example you purchased the wrong size),
I will gladly replace any unwashed, unused and unworn items for another instock item. I do not issue refunds or
replacements for an item you no longer want or need, but I do offer a store credit minus a 15% restocking fee.
In this case return shipping to me is your responsibility. For this reason please read all listings carefully
before purchasing so the item you buy is something you can actually use!
Please note that items sold as 'seconds' are not covered under any warranty or return policy. The listing will
clearly state what the issue is with the product.

All purchases are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. I ship within 48 hours of purchase, and in case
of custom orders, as soon as your order is complete. Insurance is absolutely recommended. I am not responsible
for items that are lost or damaged while in the 'care' of the carrier. I cannot issue refunds for items that
were damaged or lost because insurance was not purchased. Please also remember that the 'Delivery Confirmation'
number does NOT track packages. The USPS carrier is only required to scan the barcode right before they place your
package into the mailbox or hand it over. Because of this, it's still possible for your package to be stolen from
your mailbox or even delivered to a neighbor.
Canadian Customers may chose the 'First Class' option at checkout. Your item will then ship via Letter Post.
I ship Canadian/International packages twice weekly since I actually take your packages to the Post Office to drop
them off. Shipping to other countries will be invoiced when your order is ready.
I gladly combine multiple purchases. In this case I can either refund any overage(if the combined shipping amount is less
then what you paid through my cart) or upgrade your shipping from First Class to Priority (at your request).

Custom Orders are taken on a 'first come, first serve' basis. Especially hand knit custom slots usually sell out
within minutes. Occasionally I can add you to my list even if you didn't purchase a slot through my cart, but
the waiting period may be quite long. (Chocolate bribes are appreciated, but won't put you any higher on the list :D )
To be placed on a customs waiting list is simple. Purchase the number of slots you need (for example, want 5
Fitteds, buy 5 slots). After completing checkout (this is important, the slots are not yours until you have paid
for them), I will contact you for details (ie sizing, color, closure and the likes). Once all details have been finalized
I will invoice you for the balance of the order minus the custom slot deposit. At the time your order is completed,
I will send you a second invoice for shipping. If you order totals 75.- or more, I will ship it via USPS Priority as
well as Insurance free of charge.
The 'Deposit' is non-refundable. If I do not hear from you within 3 days from the time of purchase (and make sure
you check your spam folder, I AM trying to contact you ;) ), you forfeit your deposit as well as custom slot. However,
I'm a mom, and life happens. If you purchase a slot but are heading off on vacation within hours, please just drop me a
quick email, I'll be more then happy to wait for your return.
Custom work is not eligible for returns or refunds, but the same guarantee of workmanship applies. I measure each knit item
before it is sent in the mail and compare it to the measurements I received from you via email. However, I'm always
open for requests. For example, you ordered a pair of pants, but your baby grew, and now the inseam is too short.
You are more then welcome to contact me and I will more then likely tell you to send me the item, and for a small
charge I will increase the length of the inseam for you.
